Paul J. Guilliot obtained his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 1972 and his law degree from Loyola Law School, Loyola University in 1975. Thereafter, Mr. Guilliot obtained his masters degree in law at Southern Methodist University in 1977. He was the law clerk in the United States District Court, Western District of Louisiana, Lafayette Division under Honorable Judge Richard Putnam from 1975 – 1976. He is licensed to practice in the states of Louisiana and Colorado. He has represented clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, 18-wheeler, offshore platform and admiralty cases, products liability and medical malpractice.
Paul J. Guilliot is a member of the American Bar Association, The Louisiana State Bar Association, Lafayette Parish Bar Association, The American Association for Justice and The Louisiana Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts and U.S. District Courts, including the Western, Eastern and Middle Districts of Louisiana, 5th Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Guilliot resides in Lafayette, Louisiana with his wife and two children.
